Overview
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Wellness, vitamins, and skincare must be unopened and factory-sealed.
- Final sale, intimates, swimwear, and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Return
- Email returns@officialglamclinic.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
- Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Request an exchange in your return email and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is on its way back to us.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
